Requires the Commissioner of State Health Services to issue a statewide order authorizing licensed pharmacists to dispense ivermectin without a prescription from a health care practitioner

The statewide order must include standardized procedures and protocols for pharmacists to follow, including providing patients with instructions on proper use of ivermectin

Pharmacists acting in a reasonably prudent manner are protected from criminal liability, civil liability, and professional disciplinary action when dispensing ivermectin under the order

Pharmacists must submit annual written reports to the department on the number of ivermectin doses dispensed under the statewide order during the preceding calendar year

The Commissioner is also protected from criminal liability, civil liability, and disciplinary action for issuing the statewide order; takes effect immediately with two-thirds vote or September 1, 2025
