Creates a new criminal offense (Class A misdemeanor) for knowingly presenting false, fraudulent, or fictitious documents purporting to be a lease, deed, or other instrument conveying real property interest with intent to enter or remain on the property

Establishes a state jail felony for knowingly listing, advertising, selling, renting, or leasing residential real property without legal title or authority to do so

Increases criminal mischief to a second degree felony (from state jail felony) when damage of $1,000 or more but less than $300,000 occurs to a habitation during the commission of criminal trespass

Allows property owners or agents to request immediate sheriff removal of unauthorized dwelling occupants by filing a sworn complaint, bypassing traditional eviction processes for squatters who are not current/former tenants or family members

Provides sheriffs authority to serve immediate vacate notices, verify occupant identities, make arrests for trespass or outstanding warrants, and charge fees equivalent to writ of possession execution, while granting immunity from liability for property damage during removal
