Authorizes commissioners courts in specific counties to establish additional minimum infrastructure standards for manufactured home rental communities in unincorporated areas

Applies only to counties with population over 370,000 that border the Gulf of Mexico and are adjacent to a county with population over 3.3 million (targeting Galveston County)

Permitted standards are limited to reasonable lot/space size requirements, road width requirements based on density, and ingress/egress access requirements based on density

Landowners intending to develop manufactured home rental communities must prepare infrastructure development plans complying with adopted county standards

Applies only to manufactured home rental communities where construction begins after the county adopts the new infrastructure standards; takes effect September 1, 2025
