Amends Section 28.003 of the Property Code to narrow the definition of "good faith dispute" in construction contract payment disputes

Specifies that a good faith dispute does not include disputes relating to contracts, work orders, or other agreements between parties that are unrelated to the specific construction contract under which payment is being requested

Prevents parties from withholding payment on one construction contract based on disputes arising from separate, unrelated contracts or agreements between the same parties

Applies only to construction contracts entered into on or after September 1, 2025
