Requires the tabulation supervisor of a central counting station to ensure that ballot counting is conducted continuously until all ballots are counted

Creates a civil offense for tabulation supervisors who fail to comply with requirements under this section

Authorizes the Attorney General to assess a $500 civil penalty for violations, with the tabulation supervisor being personally liable for any penalties assessed

Maintains existing eligibility requirements for tabulation supervisors, including training on automatic tabulating equipment and being either a registered voter of the political subdivision or an employee of the jurisdiction

Takes effect immediately if passed by two-thirds vote of both chambers, otherwise takes effect September 1, 2025
