Requires the Texas Parks and Wildlife Commission to waive hunting license fees for honorably discharged veterans of the U.S. armed services who are 65 years old or older

Requires the Commission to waive fishing license fees for honorably discharged veterans who are 65 years old or older

Requires the Commission to waive fees for annual combination hunting and fishing licenses for honorably discharged veterans 65 years old or older

Applies only to licenses issued on or after the effective date; no refunds required for licenses issued before the Act takes effect

Takes effect September 1, 2025
