Requires Texas public school districts to provide parents or guardians a written copy of the district's multihazard emergency operations plan procedures at the beginning of each school year

Emergency procedures that must be shared include responses to natural disasters, extreme heat or cold events, power outages affecting food distribution, active shooter situations, and declared emergencies

Amends Section 37.108 of the Texas Education Code by adding new Subsection (c-3)

Applies beginning with the 2025-2026 school year

Takes effect immediately with two-thirds legislative vote, otherwise becomes effective September 1, 2025
