Adds "lactation room" to the list of protected spaces under Texas's invasive visual recording statute (Section 21.15, Penal Code), alongside bathrooms and changing rooms

Defines "lactation room" as any room or partitioned area provided for or primarily used for expressing breast milk, breast-feeding an infant, or addressing other breast-feeding-related needs

Makes it a criminal offense to photograph, videotape, record, broadcast, or transmit a visual image of another person in a lactation room without consent and with intent to invade privacy

Applies only to offenses committed on or after the effective date; prior offenses remain governed by former law

Takes effect September 1, 2025
