Restructures the Moore County Juvenile Board to include the county judge, the judge of the County Court at Law of Moore County, and 3-5 members appointed by the Moore County Commissioners Court (reduced from six appointed persons previously)

Changes appointed member terms from staggered terms to uniform two-year terms expiring on December 31 of each even-numbered year

Allows the Moore County Commissioners Court to extend an appointed member's term by up to two additional years

Removes the applicability of Sections 152.0007 and 152.0008 of the Human Resources Code to the Moore County Juvenile Board

Takes effect September 1, 2025; passed the House 145-0 on April 29, 2025, and the Senate 31-0 on May 9, 2025
