Open portions of regularly scheduled hospital board meetings must be broadcast live over the internet and recorded for public access in an online archive on the district's website

Confidential materials or documents that may be withheld under the Texas Public Information Act are exempt from the online posting requirement

Hospital boards are excused from these requirements when compliance is impossible due to acts of God, force majeure, or similar causes beyond their control

Hospital districts must maintain a publicly accessible website to comply with these transparency requirements, effective September 1, 2025
