Reduces the required meeting frequency for county bail bond boards in counties with a population under 1.3 million that contain a municipality of 750,000 or more (applies to El Paso County)

These qualifying boards must meet at least six times per year during January, March, May, July, September, and November, rather than the standard monthly requirement

Presiding officers retain authority to call additional meetings beyond the minimum required schedule

If a board subject to the reduced meeting schedule tables or delays action on a license renewal application, the applicant's current license remains valid until the next board meeting

Effective date is July 1, 2025 with a two-thirds legislative vote, otherwise September 1, 2025
