Directs the Texas Education Agency to develop and post educational guidelines on sudden cardiac arrest warning signs (fainting, difficulty breathing, chest pains, dizziness, racing heart rate, extreme fatigue) and provide informational sheets to newly hired teachers, nurses, and coaches
