Applies only to events held at Texas venues with seating or attendance capacity exceeding 200 people, covering concerts, theatrical performances, sporting events, exhibitions, and shows

Allows exceptions for venue operators to maintain safety and conduct policies, and permits educational institutions and nonprofits to restrict resale of tickets provided to their officers, employees, sponsors, or vendors; effective October 1, 2025
