Prohibits events from receiving funding under the Texas Events Trust Fund if the event allows biological males to compete in sports designated for female athletes

Defines biological sex based on the athlete's official birth certificate as entered at or near the time of birth, or another government record if the birth certificate is unobtainable

Allows birth certificate modifications only to correct scrivener or clerical errors regarding biological sex

Clarifies that biological males may still serve as coaches, support staff, or other non-competing personnel at women's sporting events receiving fund support

Takes effect immediately with two-thirds legislative vote, otherwise September 1, 2025
