Requires the State Board of Education to adopt rules mandating fetal development instruction for students in grades 7 through 12 as part of the health curriculum

Instruction must include information and depictions of medically assisted fetal termination procedures, including abortion-inducing drugs, as well as fetal termination resulting from drugs and alcohol

Curriculum must cover the growth and development of an unborn child during each week of pregnancy

Schools must provide information on pregnancy-related resources, including those from local faith-based organizations, that support carrying a child to term and are not associated with organizations that provide or advocate for abortion

Takes effect for the 2025-2026 school year, with immediate effect if passed by two-thirds vote or September 1, 2025 otherwise
