Requires plans to identify key personnel by name including the tabulation supervisor, central counting station manager, presiding judge, and alternate presiding judge, along with party affiliations of the presiding and alternate judges

Mandates plans be posted on the county's website at least five days before election day and requires copies with personnel contact information be provided to county election board members

Establishes procedures for updating revised plans on the county website, requiring either a list of revision dates and sections changed or a version conspicuously displaying all revisions with dates

Exempts contact information of central counting station personnel from public disclosure requirements under the Texas Public Information Act, effective September 1, 2025
