Increases the annual gross income limit for cottage food production operations from $50,000 to $150,000

Cottage food operations are home-based businesses that produce and sell foods directly to consumers, including baked goods, candy, jams, jellies, pickled vegetables, roasted coffee, and other shelf-stable items

Operators must continue to sell only directly to consumers and deliver products at the point of sale or a consumer-designated location

Effective date is September 1, 2025
