Expands the existing sales and use tax exemption for blood glucose monitoring test strips to include additional diabetic supplies: glucose tablets, urine test strips that measure ketones, lancets, insulin pens, blood glucose meters, continuous glucose monitors, and insulin pumps

Exempts replacement parts for all listed diabetic supplies from sales and use taxes

Makes a technical correction changing "signalling" to "signaling" in provisions related to equipment for persons who are deaf

Tax liability accrued before the effective date remains unaffected and continues under former law

Takes effect October 1, 2025
