Mandates that audits be performed by a certified public accountant if required by the association's bylaws, a vote of the board, or a majority vote of members at an association meeting

Limits voting on whether to require a CPA audit to one vote per member, regardless of how many lots they own, overriding any contrary provisions in the association's dedicatory instruments

Takes effect September 1, 2025
