Requires owners, original contractors, and subcontractors to provide copies of documents incorporated by reference into construction contracts at least 10 days before contract execution upon written request, or the incorporating provision becomes voidable by the requesting party

Allows parties providing incorporated documents to redact information, but redacted portions cannot be incorporated into the contract; recipients may be asked to sign a separate written acknowledgment of receipt

Exempts publicly available documents (accessible with or without charge) and emergency situations where all incorporated documents are provided simultaneously with the contract before execution

Permits delivery of incorporated documents via internet website or file hosting service links accessible free of charge for the contract's duration, with the version available on the access date being the controlling version

Prohibits waiver of these chapter provisions by contract or other means, declaring any attempted waiver void as against public policy; applies to contracts entered into or renewed on or after September 1, 2025
