Adds the Federation Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) World Endurance Championship international automobile race to the list of events eligible for Texas's Major Events Reimbursement Program funding

Adds the South by Southwest Conference and Festivals to the list of eligible events for state reimbursement funding

Designates South by Southwest as an official site selection organization under the program

Exempts FIA World Endurance Championship races from certain eligibility requirements that apply to other events, similar to existing exemptions for the largest annual event at venues with 125,000+ seating capacity

Takes effect September 1, 2025
