Adds the Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card issued by the Transportation Security Administration to the list of acceptable photo identification documents for voting in Texas

TWIC cards may be used if unexpired or if expired no earlier than four years before the date of presentation, consistent with requirements for other accepted IDs

Existing acceptable voter ID forms remain unchanged: Texas driver's license, election identification certificate, personal identification card, U.S. military ID, U.S. citizenship certificate, U.S. passport, and license to carry a handgun

Effective date is September 1, 2025
