Requires parties in parent-child relationship suits whose address information is protected by court order to provide an email address for receiving legal notices and service of process through the state's electronic filing system

Creates an exception allowing courts to waive the email requirement if providing an email address would likely endanger the party's safety

Expands alternative service of process rules to include child support modification actions (not just enforcement actions), allowing notice via email, residence, or employment address when a party cannot be located after diligent effort

Mandates that judgments for attorney's fees and expenses in parent-child relationship suits be rendered separately from judgments confirming child support arrearages

Applies to suits pending in trial court or filed on or after September 1, 2025
