Requires the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board to annually publish information about clinical sites approved for professional nursing programs, including each site's location, number of students receiving training, and total student capacity

Mandates the Texas Board of Nursing to provide the Coordinating Board with requirements for approving clinical sites and a list of facilities that meet those requirements but are not yet identified as clinical sites (including acute care, rehabilitation, primary care, long-term care, nursing homes, and residential care settings)

Requires the Texas Board of Nursing to submit an annual report with clinical site data to the Coordinating Board by June 1 of each year

Specifies the initial report must be submitted by June 1, 2026

Explicitly prohibits using the law to mandate healthcare facilities to participate in clinical education programs or require additional reporting from those facilities
