Prohibits health care providers from denying organ transplant eligibility, related medical services, referrals to transplant centers, or placement on waiting lists solely based on an individual's vaccination status

Allows physicians to consider vaccination status in treatment decisions only when an individualized evaluation determines it is medically significant to the specific organ transplant

Permits health care providers to develop alternative risk mitigation strategies such as antibody testing, prophylactic treatments, and antiviral therapy instead of requiring vaccination

Protects health care providers from adverse actions or penalties for complying with the non-discrimination requirements

Requires the Health and Human Services Commission to adopt implementing rules by January 1, 2026, with the act taking effect September 1, 2025
