Fixes the retirement annuity calculation for elected class members at 2.3% of $140,000 per year of service, rather than tying it to the district judge's current salary as adjusted over time

Modifies judicial retirement benefits by removing "as adjusted from time to time" language, effectively decoupling some retirement calculations from future salary increases

Takes effect September 1, 2025
