Mandates the pharmacist-in-charge of institutional hospital pharmacies to develop and implement policies and procedures for obtaining medication profiles, including timeframes for completion

Directs the Texas State Board of Pharmacy to adopt rules specifying the required contents of patient medication profiles and training requirements for pharmacist-interns and pharmacy technicians

Takes effect September 1, 2025
