Creates a student loan repayment assistance program for prosecuting attorneys employed by Texas's border prosecution unit, administered by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board

Eligible attorneys must be licensed in Texas and complete one to four consecutive years of employment with the border prosecution unit to qualify for assistance

Provides loan repayment of 25% of the attorney's total student loan balance for each year of service, up to a maximum of four years

Caps individual attorney benefits at $110,000 total and limits the overall program to $2 million per state fiscal biennium

Covers student loans from accredited institutions (including undergraduate loans) from any lender, but excludes loans in default at time of application
