Adds requirement to inform caregivers about the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program, including qualifications, application process, and benefit amounts

Expands required disclosures to include information about the permanency care assistance program, financial assistance under the subchapter, and any other financial benefits available to caregivers

Takes effect September 1, 2025
