Requires the Health and Human Services Commission to provide written notice to Medicaid providers at least 120 days before their enrollment period expires, including the expiration date, revalidation application process, required documentation, and suggested timeline for submission

Mandates an initial review of revalidation applications submitted at least 60 days before enrollment expiration to identify obvious deficiencies

Requires the commission to notify providers of any application deficiencies at least 45 days before enrollment expiration and provide at least 10 days to correct issues

If deficiencies are corrected within the allowed timeframe, the commission must complete a full application review before the enrollment period expires

Applies to Medicaid providers whose enrollment periods expire on or after January 1, 2026, with the act taking effect September 1, 2025
