Prohibits public school teachers from providing instruction, information, educational materials, or resources to students regarding abortion, including taking students to events promoting abortion, referring students to organizations that provide abortion services, or engaging in discussions that promote or normalize abortion

Creates a Class A misdemeanor criminal offense for teachers who violate the prohibition, with violations occurring on or after September 1, 2025

Requires mandatory termination of employment for teachers who violate the prohibition and establishes violations as grounds for suspension or revocation of teaching certification

Allows parents of affected students to bring civil lawsuits against the teacher or school district, with potential compensatory and punitive damages; waives teacher immunity and district sovereign immunity for such claims

Applies beginning with the 2025-2026 school year, with immediate effect if passed by two-thirds vote or September 1, 2025 otherwise
