Establishes a $15 per hour minimum wage for school bus drivers, or the federal minimum wage if higher

Applies to public school districts with student enrollment of 4,500 or more and all open-enrollment charter schools

Covers mass transit authorities, commercial transportation companies, and juvenile boards that contract with qualifying school districts or charter schools to provide student transportation

Defines "school bus driver" as a person employed to transport students to or from school or school-sponsored/school-related activities

Takes effect September 1, 2025
