Expands eligibility for military toll discount programs to include any vehicle associated with an electronic toll collection account holder who is eligible for military license plates under Section 504.202 or 504.315(f) or (g), rather than only vehicles specifically registered with those plates

Requires the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles to maintain a list of individuals eligible to participate in toll project discount programs for military members

Mandates the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles provide necessary eligibility information to each toll project entity operating a discount program to facilitate customer participation

Takes effect September 1, 2025
