Allows residential tenants who lost an eviction case to request removal of eviction information from their credit reports if they have paid all money owed to the landlord, signed a new lease with the same landlord, and are not in default on that new lease

Requires consumer reporting agencies to remove eviction case information within 90 days of receiving a written request from an eligible tenant

Prohibits consumer reporting agencies from using the subject eviction case information in credit reports after receiving a valid removal request, unless federal law requires otherwise

Defines "eviction case information" to include all records and files related to eviction filings, including petitions and dispositions

Takes effect September 1, 2025
