Requires Medicaid to provide full reimbursement for cranial remolding orthoses (custom-fitted medical devices applied to the head to correct skull deformities) for children diagnosed with craniosynostosis

Covers plagiocephaly or brachycephaly treatment for children ages 3-18 months who have failed conservative therapy for at least two months and meet specific measurement criteria (greater than 6mm asymmetry or cephalic index two standard deviations from mean)

Mandates the state's child health plan program (CHIP) to cover cranial remolding orthoses in the same manner as Medicaid coverage

Coverage must be no less favorable than coverage provided for other orthotics under the medical assistance program

Takes effect September 1, 2025, with provisions allowing state agencies to delay implementation if federal waivers or authorizations are required
