Removes the prohibition on allowing "excessive discounts" to mixed beverage permittees and retailers from the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code

Expands the list of entities covered under tied house restrictions in Section 102.07 to explicitly include brewers and wine bottlers alongside distillers, rectifiers, wholesalers, and wineries

Repeals Section 102.07(c) of the Alcoholic Beverage Code in its entirety

Maintains existing prohibitions on other practices between manufacturers/wholesalers and retailers, including furnishing money or equipment, consignment sales, and offering prizes or inducements

Takes effect September 1, 2025
