Requires political subdivisions (other than counties, cities, or independent school districts) that maintain websites to post election information at least 150 days before election day, including the election date, call for candidates, offices on the ballot, filing period, and candidate packet availability dates

Mandates that these political subdivisions post candidate names on their websites within 10 business days of receiving an application for subdivisions with fewer than 10,000 registered voters

Requires candidate names to be posted within 2 business days of application receipt for political subdivisions with more than 10,000 registered voters

Applies only to elections ordered on or after the effective date

Takes effect September 1, 2025
