Delays public inspection of original voted ballots from 61 days after election day to 300 days after election day

Makes certain election records confidential and exempt from public disclosure, including electronic poll list timestamps showing when voters were accepted at polling places and voter names paired with ballot serial numbers on spoiled ballot registers

Permits records custodians to withhold this confidential voter information without obtaining an attorney general decision
