Requires authorities receiving campaign treasurer appointment filings to make the contents publicly available on their websites within 10 business days

Applies to multiple chapters of the Election Code covering different candidate types: independent candidates (Chapter 142), write-in candidates (Chapter 143), nonpartisan candidates (Chapter 144), primary election candidates (Chapter 172), and party nominations (Chapter 181)

Takes effect September 1, 2025
