Prohibits school districts and open-enrollment charter schools from granting federal immigration officers or peace officers engaged in immigration-related duties access to school campuses without a judicial warrant

Bars schools from disclosing student education records or other information about students and their families to immigration officers without a judicial warrant

Protects school employee information from disclosure to immigration enforcement officers without a judicial warrant

Applies to both federal immigration officers and peace officers conducting immigration-related investigations or enforcement

Takes effect September 1, 2025
