Requires school district complaint hearings to be held in person rather than allowing alternative formats

Guarantees complainants or their representatives the right to present oral arguments at hearings before district administrators and the school board

Applies to complaints filed by district personnel, students, parents/guardians of students, and members of the public

Directs school boards to adopt a hearing process complying with these new requirements as soon as practicable after the effective date

Takes effect September 1, 2025
