Obligates managed care organizations to submit annual reports to the Health and Human Services Commission detailing screening numbers, referral types, and scope of mental/behavioral health services provided to family violence survivors

Directs the commission to conduct annual performance audits of managed care organizations to evaluate their family violence services coordination and establishes Medicaid reimbursement for family violence services providers
