Increases the number of registered voters required to request a signature verification committee in counties with a population of 600,000 or more from 15 to 250 voters

Maintains the existing requirement of 15 registered voters to request a signature verification committee in counties with a population of less than 600,000

Applies to signature verification committees for general elections for state and county officers

Requires requests to be submitted to the early voting clerk by October 1 preceding the election

Takes effect September 1, 2025
