Bars consumer lawsuits for transactions exceeding $500,000 in total consideration, except for claims involving a consumer's residence

Adds confidentiality protections for sworn testimony obtained during Consumer Protection Division investigations, prohibiting disclosure without consent of the person who testified or a court order for good cause

Allows the Attorney General's office to use sworn testimony in enforcement actions and court proceedings, with special protections requiring court approval before disclosing trade secrets

Takes effect September 1, 2025
