Allows individuals convicted of a felony to vote and register to vote as long as they are not currently incarcerated for that offense

Removes current requirement that felony offenders must fully discharge their sentence, including parole, supervision, or probation, before regaining voting rights

Eliminates requirement for a pardon or other official release from voting disability to restore voting eligibility

Enables people on parole, probation, or community supervision for felony convictions to vote while serving those portions of their sentences

Takes effect immediately with two-thirds legislative vote, otherwise September 1, 2025
