Requires agreements for minor boundary adjustments between contiguous school districts executed on or after January 1, 2025, to include any terms, restrictions, covenants, or contracts that will continue to apply to real property in the transferred territory

Mandates that such agreements include a brief explanation of each school district's privileges, rights, and responsibilities regarding any continuing terms

Applies retroactively to agreements executed between January 1, 2025, and the Act's effective date, with continuing terms effective as of January 1, 2025, or a later date agreed upon by the parties

Amends Section 13.231 of the Education Code by adding new Subsections (c) and (d)

Takes effect September 1, 2025
