Classifies real-time driving data as "sensitive data" under existing consumer privacy law, placing it in the same protected category as racial origin, health information, biometric data, and children's data

Requires controllers (businesses) that sell precise geolocation data to post a specific notice stating: "NOTICE: We may sell your precise geolocation data"

Mandates the geolocation sale notice be displayed in the same location and manner as the company's general privacy notice

Takes effect September 1, 2025
