Amends Section 21.02 of the Texas Penal Code to impose life without parole for continuous sexual abuse when at least one act was committed against a victim younger than 14 years of age

Current law punishes the offense as a first-degree felony with imprisonment of 25 to 99 years or life; the enhanced penalty applies specifically when the victim is under 14

Requires unanimous jury agreement that the defendant committed sexual abuse against a victim younger than 14 to impose the life without parole sentence

Applies only to offenses committed on or after September 1, 2025; offenses with any element occurring before that date remain subject to prior law

Takes effect September 1, 2025
