Prohibits the executive commissioner of the Health and Human Services Commission from modifying, deleting, or adding to the list of immunizations required for elementary and secondary school admission

Removes the Department of State Health Services' authority to recommend additional immunizations for school-age children beyond the statutory list

Prohibits governmental entities from compelling or requiring individuals to receive immunizations, including those on CDC immunization schedules, except for immunizations specifically required by state statute for schools and higher education

Changes the executive commissioner's role from developing immunization requirements to only recommending immunizations to the legislature for potential inclusion in state law

Applies beginning with the 2025-2026 school year and takes effect immediately upon two-thirds vote or September 1, 2025
