Requires inspectors to provide written reports of inspection findings to the school principal and superintendent for public schools, or to the school director for private schools

Requires inspection reports to document the method, time, and date of delivery to appropriate school officials, and must be filed at the inspected school campus organized by year

Adds mandatory training on conducting school fire safety inspections to the Texas Commission on Fire Protection's minimum curriculum requirements for fire protection personnel training programs

Takes effect September 1, 2025
